In addition to our academic programmes, we offer an extensive array of extra-curricular activities with an assortment of clubs like science club, eco-club and social responsibility services among others.

Hobby Clubs

Jain International Residential School-Hobby Clubs

A balance is created by interspersing outdoor action with indoor skills like yoga, meditation, painting, acting, quiz, music and dance. The Histrionics Clubs, Painters Gallery, Raman's Team, Curiosity Corner, Adventure Club (Sahasi), Hobby Club and the Eco Club take care of all the interests one can imagine. Hobby classes are scheduled on Sundays for grades IV to IX from 9.30 am to 11.30 am.

Histrionics club to train students in the fields of drama, dance and music, painter’s gallery for pencil and brush enthusiasts. Hobby clubs would see them having the thrills of making variety of things with their own hands. The adventure club will offer training in trekking, Para sailing, mountaineering, river rafting, jungle survival and boating etc.

NCC - National Cadet Corps

JIRS has 11 Division Cadets , 4 Junior Wing Cadets. They impart training in Range Firing and Micro Lite Flying . Regular activities like Parade, Health Run, Lecture Classes, Campus Tidiness, Weapon Training Classes, Games and Cultural Activities are also conducted.

The Science Club

JIRS provides year round opportunities for students to explore science. Every month, members participate in an activity, project or volunteer activity related to science. At the end of each year, a Science Exhibition is held where students exhibit their imagination at their best.
