"JIRS Swimmers Win 3 Gold Medals at CBSE SOUTH ZONE SWIMMING MEET 2006-07"
The CBSE South Zone Swimming Competition 2006-07 was held at DAV Public School, Chennai from 6th to 9th September.
The JIRS Swimming team won 3 Gold, 6 Silver and 12 Bronze medals in the championships.
Sujeet Ashok Kulgod (under 19) created a “NEW MEET RECORD” in 50 meters Freestyle in CBSE South Zone competition. He has represented Karnataka in the Senior Nationals Aquatic championship in water polo at Bengaluru from 21st to 26th September.
The following swimmers have qualified for the CBSE National Swimming Meet to be held at Nagpur from 8th to 11th Oct' 06.
