Visit to Infosys for the Spark Programme JIRS students of CBSE Class XI Science & Commerce attended the spark programme organised for students at Infosys, Electronic City on 17^th July 2010. The objective was to expose the students to IT and also to give them a glimpse of the corporate culture.

Spark programme is meant to initiate a dream to change the world for better.

We got an opportunity to see the glimpses of accomplishments to begin with after a presentation on Infosys and its Hierarchy.

Spark initiative is to bring awareness what young people could do and also what are the possibilities and relevance of IT in day to day life. How IT has set the Telecom industries flourishing with the help of new findings and research. We were taken for a presentation by the Team Head. We were later quizzed on what ever information they gathered. The campus tour was an impressive one with the State of the art facility. Special lunch was a great incentive arranged for. It was a very enriching programme.

Looking forward to many more industrial visits for us this year.
