Robotics Workshop

The workshop was held on 18^th February 2010 at the AV Room Vidya Block. It saw the participation of students from class 6^th, 7^th & 8^th (CBSE & IGCSE). The workshop introduced a scalable Activity Based Learning, which will transform the present way of teaching and learning.

Students benefited with respect to the following:

•	Understanding an innovative learning and teaching method
•	Advantages of implementing activity based teaching & Robotics
•	How it can reinforce the concepts of science, technology & mathematics being taught in the school curriculum
•	How it can help to inculcate - TEAM WORK, STRUCTURED PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS & COMPETITIVENESS in students and prepare them for real life challenges.
•	Hands on working on training kits.

The workshop was conducted by Mr. Mohan Nimbalkar of Tectronics Education, New Delhi.
