ART OF LIVING conducts Youth Empowerment Seminar for students

A 4-day workshop by “Art of Living” for Class X students “YOUTH EMPOWERMENT SEMINAR” (YES Programme) was organized from 17th June ’10 to 20th June ’10.

Though the students felt out of place on the first day to follow the simple techniques to improve memory, concentration, team building etc were extremely satisfied at the end of the course.

The course consisted of:

1. Sudarshan Kriya
2. Group meditation and breathing techniques
3. Techniques for mental focus and concentration
4. Team building activities
5. Interactive processes
6. Food awareness
7. Group discussions
8. Outdoor activities
9. Confidence-building processes
10. Learning through fun and games

I feel so calm & cool, not shy;
I feel perfect, I wonder why;

The five days with AOL,has helped me loads’
Even before the end, am ready for the boards.

It is not a course, like any other;
It gives you life, there is no bother.
