Indo - Sri Lanka Throw ball Championship

Master Akash Adukia, Ms. Nethra L, Ms. Priya Banik & Ms. Guvvala Manogna of Jain International Residential School represented India in the Indo Sri Lanka Throw ball Tournament for boys and girls respectively held at Sri Lanka from 14 February to 16 February 2010. The players were accompanied by Officials from Amateur Throw ball Association of Karnataka and Throw ball Federation of India. 

Before the departure, there was a weeklong coaching camp held at Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh and the students had attended the same.  

The Indian Boys Team won the championship and the girl’s team was awarded with the runners-up trophy. Also, The Indian Team bagged the overall championship award.
