New Year Celebrations

The JIRS students welcomed the New year with grand celebration. The celebration started with 'Reminiscence of Past' performed by the school Rock Band.We saw some stupendous guitar playing. This was followed by some fantabulous dance performances including a tribute to Michael Jackson by Saptashi and group. The tiny tots of grades 6 & 7 were not far behind and presented some marvelous dancing stunts giving strict competition to their seniors.Also there was a poem recital- 'Tum milo na milo', on behalf of the teachers, dedicated to the class 12 students. The students & teachers exhibited their singing talents and made the audience dance to their tunes. The awesome performances were wrapped up with the striking of 12 and students exchanged new year wishes..
