Presentation by TalentMAT
31/12/2009

With hundreds of years of cumulative experience in the field of education & Talent management, the TalentMat management team draws its experience from deep background working with both emerging and established education, human resources and related product companies. That experience includes leadership positions in Schools, Psychology, Personality development, NGO’s and Life Skill management product verticals, among others. Our team has a deep understanding of the Talent management and “Strength Based Growth” philosophy and execution. They are focused on meeting those challenges and delivering value to our clients.

TalentMAT aims to measure TALENT attributes like intelligence, aptitude, attitude and interest areas of a child. It provides the parent or the teacher an insight into a child’s strength area. TalentMAT tests include various scales that help assess an individual’s inherent TALENT and nurture it, so that the individual succeeds in his / her life. TalentMAT tests go beyond traditional methods by adding personality and psychological scales that present an estimate of the individual’s confidence in his or her ability to perform various activities that help him / her to succeed.

Parents and teachers can use TalentMAT to help:

1. Discover the hidden TALENT in an individual

2. Leverage activities that will enhance those specific talents

3. Create a “Personalized Activity Plan” (PAP) that will enhance the talent discovered

4. Pinpoint areas of academic study that can build skills and, as a result, help a child to succeed in his/her life

5. Explore existing & new avenues in career development

6. personal counseling by identifying TALENT that helps meet the child’s inner desire

The students of JIRS were fortunate to have a presentation by the TalentMAT team Mr Jitendra Sandu & Mrs Pooja Bhattacharya on 3rd December 2009 to have an idea about the importance of the evaluation test. The students were extremely happy with their counseling towards career options & were interested to take up the Evaluation test.

The two & a half hour test was conducted at JIRS for 96 interested students of IX-XII grades of CBSE & IGCSE on 23rd December 2009.It was really astonishing to see the focus of our students & concentration in which they took the test. A psychologist & Couselor was also with them during the test explaining each question. Each student will now be assessed by the TalentMAT & they will be discussing with the parents about their wards in the near future & meet them on 21st December during the Annual day.
