Top universities from Australia and Canada visited Jain International Residential School on 19 September 2014. The tour was an excellent opportunity for JIRS students to connect with representatives from Australia and Canada’s leading universities.
Jain International Residential School has collaborated with Univariety, a Singapore based organization that mentors and ensures students have multiple higher study options in USA, UK, Australia, Singapore and India. This professional organization has been instrumental in guiding our students in understanding courses, colleges and specific requirements stipulated by colleges over the world. Due to the tie-up with JIRS, the organization offers advice to students at subsidized rates depending on the level of assistance sought.
The focus point of these sessions include:
1. Orientation on ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants) for commerce students.
2. FIA (Foundation in Accountancy) Introduction of GEM (Go Extra Mile) service for personalized counseling
Last week the U-17 cricket team of JIRS played against the teams from Belridge CA, Perth, Australia on 5,
6 and 12, 13 at JIRS cricket ground. The team won both the matches.
First Match :- JIRS won by 6 wickets and Scored 248 in 40 overs.
Second Match :- JIRS won by 136 runs and Scored 160/4 in 31.5 overs.
Prateek Jain an alumni of JIRS was recently crowned Mr. India at Provogue MensXP Mr. India World 2014. Prateek will now represent the nation at the international level in the Mr. World 2014 pageant.
