VII JASE INVITATIONAL INTERSCHOOL CUP 2010

The VII JASE Invitational Interschool Cup 2010- 2011 was inaugurated by Mr. M P Ganesh - Former Hockey Olympian and present CEO of KSCA at Jain International Residential School Complex. Mrs. Archana Vishwanath - Former T T International player was the guest of honour.

Mr. Enrico Piperno – Former International Tennis player Wg. Cdr Ganesh Sharma, CEO – Jain International Residential School also present on the occasion.

The JASE Invitational Interschool Cup Competitions are Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Table Tennis, Badminton, Squash, swimming, Cross Country, Hockey; Throw ball, Bowling, Snooker & Golf in more than 42 disciplines for senior & junior boys & girls. More than 2000 students from 23 International Schools of Bangalore are participating at this magnificent event of the year.

Master Karan Kamte of Jain International Residential School won the first gold medal and Master Vaibhav Chourasia of JIRS secured the silver medal in the senior golf tournament

Foot Ball Girls

Jain International Residential School Bangalore beat The International Residential School Bangalore by 2-1 in the semifinal

Mallaya Aditi International School beat Indus International residential school by 2-0

Squash Girls Miss Ishani Pandya and Miss Lizera Vaz of Jain International Residential School Bangalore reached the Finals of Squash Girls tournament

Snooker

Jain International Residential School won both the gold medals in Senior and Junior Boys Snooker championship at JASE CUP 2010

Master Vishal Nirani of JIRS Beat Master Mounesh of JIRS and Master Suraj of JIRS beat Master Sujeet of JIRS in junior and Senior Snooker tournament.

Cross Country

Jain Vidyaniketan won the cross country championship by 87 points fallowed by Lake Mount Fort by 37 points and Jain International Residential School secured third position by 34 points.

  • Junior Boys - 1st position Devraj B N from JVN and 2nd Position – Shankar C B – JVN

Swimming

The International School Bangalore won the Swimming Championship with 97 points followed by Delhi Public school south – Bangalore - with 83 points

  • In Junior Girls Category Malavika won 3 gold in 50 mts Free style and 100 mts Free Style and 50 mts Butterfly
  • In Senior Girls Ishani Pandya and Gayathri of DPS won 2 Gold Medals of each
  • In Senior Boys Shingo Kunipo of Indus won 2 Gold Medal

Mallya Aditi international School beat Jain International Residential School in the Girls Football Final by 4-3

Heng Wonkim of Jain International Residential School is selected for the best Foot Baller in Girls Category
