12th JASE Cup

JIRS bagged the overall trophy with a lead of 207 points among 2000 participants from 18 different schools. Delhi Public School and Indus International School bagged second and third positions respectively.



Won the JASE Cup for 8 consecutive years with the huge margin of 112 points ahead of their nearest competitor TISB

Achievements 2016 – 2017

International Competitions

  • The JIRS Cricket team participated in the Invitational International Schools Cricket Tournament in Srilanka.
  • The JIRS Football team participated in the Invitational International Schools Football Tournament in Srilanka.
  • Mast. Nabil Pilar: - Mohammed Nabil Pilar alumina of our school represented Saudi Arabia National Under 19 cricket team in ICC Under-19 World Cup Qualifier Asia Division Two and scored 3 fifties and getting one man of the match. He also got special trophy for three fifties in ICC tournament.

National Level

  • The school Senior Football team finished runners up at the CBSE Cluster and qualified for the Nationals.
  • Mast.Preet paryani: Selected for the DSK Shivajians Football Club Pune.
  • Mast. Limashan Lotha : Selected for the Nagaland Junior State Badminton Team. He is a sincere and disciplined person ranking high in junior state and mixed double championships and also won cash prizes in 3 states.
  • Aayush Kothari: Represented the under-16 Combined City XI and Secretary XI respectively in the KSCA Inter Zonal Cricket Tournament 2016 and also played in KSCA under 16 Inter Club league representing Swasthik Union (2). Scored 114 runs.
  • Sunil Patil: Represented the under-16 Combined City XI and Secretary XI  respectively in the KSCA Inter Zonal Cricket Tournament 2016.
  • Hemanth: Represented the under-14 in the KSCA Inter Zonal Cricket Tournament 2016.
  • Vivek Aditya : Represented  Vijaya Cricket Club in the KSCA Inter Club under 14 tournament 2016 as Captain scoring 144 runs.
  • Mast. Kavyanand: Selected for U - 16  Karnataka State Basketball Team for the Youth for  MCHS basketball club Koramangala, Bangalore.  
  • Mast. Akhilan: Won One Silver and one Bronze medal, Mast. Aditya: Won one Silver medal, Mast. Shaurya Jain Won One Bronze medal in the Equestrian Challenge Excellence Championship held at Bangalore.

Team Achievements

  • Won the JASE Cup for the twelfth (12th) consecutive year, with a huge lead of 211 points, ahead of their nearest Delhi Public School East-Bangalore.

Equestrian Challenge 2016

  • Jain International Residential School participated in the Equestrian Centre of Excellence Championship 2016 held at Palace grounds Bangalore from 26thAugust to 28th August 2016 which was led by coaches Mr. Abdul Nazir and Mr. Vignesh G with a team of 11 riders and 6 horses.

  • JIRS was the only school to participate among the professionally run Equestrian clubs where there were top Riders of the country participating in the Championship who represented in National as well as International Levels.

  • The school equestrian Team of 11 riders- Akshata Arora, Yashashwini, Jeet D , Shaurya Rai, Shaurya Jain, Praanshu Chauhan, Utkarsh Mutha, Himanshu P,  Aditya JB and T. Melvin Mark  participated in the championship where  the team won a total of 4 medals- 2 silver and 2 bronze. Akhilan Secured 1 silver and one bronze medal, Shaurya Jain won a Bronze among 50 riders competing with them in 66-75cms show jumping Aditya Jb won a Silver medal in 75-85cm show jumping among 40 riders respectively. We had 8 of our riders who had got a clear round in the competition and they had a wonderful performance competing among the top riders.

  • The School Equestrian team had a great and marvelous experience during the completion and they kept their spirits high and were showing true competition Spirit where they encouraged all the competitors and cheered for them. The students showed a lot of courage and girt while performing among the best.
