Jain International Residential School witnessed the much-awaited event of Graduation Day on 13 January 2018. The guest of honor for the event was Dr. T P Sasi Kumar, Former Deputy Director at Directorate General of Security, Cabinet Secretariat, New Delhi

It was a beautiful sight to see the students of class XII marching solemnly with lit candles capturing the moment of eternity in each one’s heart. The inspirational and motivational message given by the Chief Guest Dr. T P Sasi Kumar with so many awards, would be forever engraved in each one’s heart as they go forth in life with a purpose to empower the future with the strength of their convictions.

He asked them to follow the 3 mantras - hard work, perseverance and right frame of mind in their pursuit of excellence. It was a proud moment as the mementos were given away by Dr. T P Sasi Kumar and CEO-Wg.Cdr. [Retd] K L Ganesh which the students carried close to their hearts. The guest of honor in his speech emphasized on leadership and discipline that paved their way towards success. With a new life ahead of them, the twelfth-grade students were ready to say goodbye to their school days.

All good things came to an end. As the memorable day came to an end, they walked through a myriad of memories filled with new beginnings for them. The torchbearers would now illuminate the world as the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

JIRS organised its 18th Annual Day on 29 December 2017. It was a distinctive day for the parents and the teachers who witnessed a day that was overwhelming to watch and a proud moment to create as the students proved their talent through their performance.

The Annual Day was dawned with the students who gave an enthralling performance through their march-past along with military precision as they proved their perfection and discipline that they were taught at JIRS. They dedicated a complete patriotic enactment to the martyrs of the armed forces after which tears welled up in the eyes of the audience. The students also exhibited their cultural talent through an emotional performance ‘Vathsalaya’ for which they received a standing ovation from everyone present there.

The celebration was even more highlighted with the presence of the CEO, Wing Commander K.L. Ganesh felicitated the students for their achievements in different arenas. The school was also awarded with achievements and honors from Economic Times, Edu World and a few more. The audience was spellbound by the accomplishments the students and the school had received. All the parents were thankful to JIRS for bringing up their children with so much of excellence and discipline, and making them strong for the future endeavor.
