Teacher's Engagement Programme

Empowering educators through innovation! Jain International Residential School recently conducted a four-day Teacher's Engagement Programme from 28th - 31st October 2025, designed to empower educators with AI-driven teaching tools, digital literacy, and innovative classroom strategies. Led by our Academic Director - Ms. Shilpi Gupta, the sessions focused on integrating the TPACK Framework, exploring AI applications for lesson planning, and enhancing student engagement through reflection and collaboration. Teachers gained hands-on experience with platforms such as LoiLoSchool, Eduaide.ai, Gamma.app, and CoBuild, transforming the way lessons are designed and delivered.

The collaborative departmental presentations and discussions inspired creative, student-centered approaches to learning. The programme concluded with teachers confidently applying AI tools for dynamic lesson plans and contributing to the development of the JIRS Student Engagement Toolkit, marking a progressive stride towards future-ready education.
