The Verticals

Our Grade 11 students had an insightful learning experience on 8 th November during "The Verticals" session on the HR module, led by Mr. Aravind Warrier, HR Leader at Volvo India. Mr. Aravind shed light on the core functions of Human Resources, explaining how HR drives effectiveness, efficiency, and impact within an organization. He discussed key aspects such as talent acquisition, development, retention, and rewards, while also outlining the HR professionals' competency model and the skills that will define the future of the field.

Through real-world perspectives and motivational insights, he inspired students to envision themselves as future-ready leaders who can shape people and performance with purpose. With this session “The verticals” as part of Weekend’s academic co-curricular activities completed 2 sessions each from the 4 core domains- Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship and HR, delivered by top professionals and industry experts from each of these fields emphasizing the real world applications and industry relevant knowledge, equipping our students to be future ready and career confident.
