Bengaluru, 7 August 2025: JAIN International Residential School (JIRS) witnessed an engaging celebration of intellectual curiosity and critical thinking as the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) Year 2 students presented the highly anticipated Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Exhibition.
The exhibition invited participants to explore profound philosophical questions, including “What counts as good evidence for a claim?” and “Are some things unknowable?”. Each student presented three carefully selected real-world objects - ranging from everyday items such as smartphones to rare historical documents and significant works of art to create meaningful connections between abstract concepts and tangible experiences.
The event drew admiration for its diversity of perspectives and the creativity of its presentations. IBDP Year 1 students played a significant role in supporting the event, gaining valuable insights into the intellectual and reflective journey that awaits them in their own TOK studies.
The exhibition concluded with resounding appreciation for the students’ commitment to inquiry and the interdisciplinary spirit that defines JIRS. This annual event continues to serve as an inspiring platform for learners to develop global perspectives and articulate reasoned, reflective viewpoints.
