The students crystallized well with program and bonded with their Indian classmates. They learned STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Management/Mathematics) in India, Outbound Learning Program at Eagles Unbound Adventure Park, International Literacy, classical Indian music, dance and painting. They imbibed every aspect of Indian culture.

The Faculty of VYL, Ben and the other members were engaged in learning the systems and processes practiced at JIRS. They held classes for the JIRS students and introduced the Australian pedagogy of teaching. This Student-Teacher Exchange Program has benefited both the students and teachers of the institutions and enabled them to understand the cultural and traditions, of India and Australia.
